NutriNavigator ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect information you provide when registering and setting up your profile, including your name, email address, age, sex, weight, health conditions, dietary preferences, and activity data you log within the app.
We use your information solely to provide personalised nutritional guidance, generate meal plans, and improve the app experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
NutriNavigator uses OpenAI's API to generate nutritional guidance. Queries sent to the AI include your health profile context. OpenAI's data processing is governed by their privacy policy.
Your data is stored securely on our servers. Health profile data is stored locally on your device and on our secure database. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You may also request deletion by emailing support@nutrinavigator.app.
NutriNavigator is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
